Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in business required; MBA preferred for leadership track.
• 15+ years B2B sales leadership experience in a heavy-hitting environment.
• 5+ years of managing sales managers or leaders.
• Commercial construction and roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record delivering revenue growth and strategic initiatives.

• Provide strategies to deliver revenue objectives and growth.
• Lead Advanced’s sales teams and support resources to profitability.
• Define sales strategies by division or market with winning tactics.
• Provide detailed, accurate sales forecasting to inform plans.
• Protect and grow large customer and key accounts through close collaboration.
• Ensure timely, accurate customer data and activity documentation.
• Travel regularly for in-person meetings with sales leaders across Florida.
• Monitor market, customer, and competitor activity and report to leadership.
