Job summary

Ecolab Institutional in Chicago, IL is seeking a Market Sales Representative to grow sales within an existing territory using consultative selling, manage relationships, and drive new business in cleaning, sanitation, safety, quality and operations.

You will build a robust pipeline, collaborate with service and internal teams, and represent the brand across accounts. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of sales experience, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel about 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in broadline distribution, customer service, foodservice, hospitality, or related industry preferred.
• Current and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Drive outsized growth by meeting or exceeding targets across assigned accounts/geography.
• Identify, develop, and win new competitive opportunities within the territory.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and digital tools.
• Communicate total value to customers and grow solutions within existing accounts.
• Provide industry expertise in cleaning, sanitation, safety, quality and operations.
