Job summary

Google is hiring for a Lead role in market insights to help products execute optimally by coordinating strategy, operations, and communications across Cloud teams. You will build scalable platforms to monitor signals of market intelligence and participant behavior and support executive requests with timely insights.

Responsibilities include leading programs, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and delivering quantitative analyses to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross‑functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve organizational problems by defining, leading, and establishing effective operating programs, processes, and tools to achieve key business goals.
• Influence cross‑functional teams and executive management to drive complex, strategic programs and market intelligence initiatives to successful completion.
• Develop AI‑driven agents and processes to monitor, collect, and analyze participant and market intelligence data in near‑real time at scale.
• Build and scale a robust data repository to proactively track market shifts, participant focus areas, and rapidly answer high‑priority executive inquiries.
• Create and deliver high‑impact presentations and visual displays of quantitative insights to communicate market trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
