Job summary

Google Cloud accelerates organizational transformation by delivering enterprise-grade solutions and scalable analytics. As the Lead for market insights, you will build a robust platform to monitor signals of market intelligence and enterprise demand, enabling data-driven decisions at senior levels.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams to translate insights into strategy, roadmaps, and competitive positioning for Google Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross‑functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve organizational problems by defining, leading, and establishing effective operating programs, processes, and tools to achieve key business goals.
• Influence cross‑functional teams and executive management to drive complex, strategic programs and market intelligence initiatives to successful completion.
• Develop AI‑driven agents and processes to monitor, collect, and analyze participant and market intelligence data in near‑real time at scale.
• Build and scale a robust data repository to proactively track market shifts, participant focus areas, and rapidly answer high‑priority executive inquiries.
• Create and deliver high‑impact presentations and visual displays of quantitative insights to communicate market trends and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
