Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred).
• 5+ years of product management or relevant experience.
• Product management experience in medical or high-tech B2B industries.
• Proven product marketing/management and new product launch experience.
• Experience in pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
• Experience developing and executing a product lifecycle management strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to travel 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introductions including marketing objectives, strategies, tactics, and measures, coordinating cross-functional plans.
• Create and execute marketing plans including product strategy, mix, and growth with regional teams.
• Lead development of product/campaign value propositions, positioning, and messaging.
• Develop customer understanding and conduct market research to inform clinical needs and trends.
• Develop online and offline marketing deliverables and enablement tools with the marketing team.
• Develop and execute end-of-life strategy and cross-functional plans.
• Track competitors and support sales channel with analysis and insights.
• Manage product pricing and promotions with regular reviews and communications.
• Collaborate with clinical champions to accelerate product adoption.
