Job summary

Verathon in Bothell is seeking a Product Manager III to lead new product launches and manage a diverse portfolio in the Airway Team. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, care and operations to drive growth and market success.

The ideal candidate will have strong cross-functional leadership, marketing excellence, and business acumen with a proven track record of delivering results. This role requires up to 20% travel and a strategic/tactical mindset for sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5 years of product management or relevant experience.
• Product Management experience in medical or high-tech B2B industries.
• Proven product marketing/management and new product launch experience.
• Demonstrated experience in pricing strategy and competitive positioning.
• Experience developing and executing a product lifecycle management strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and influence cross-functionally.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to develop knowledge of clinical applications and hospital economics across global geographies.
• Strong analytics and ability to create business models and forecasts.
• Strong initiative, energy, attitude and entrepreneurial thinking; able to work in a team or individually.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; able to present results clearly.
• 20% domestic and international travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product introductions with marketing objectives, strategies, tactics and measures; manage cross-functional plan implementation.
• Create and execute marketing plans including product marketing strategy, product mix and growth plans with related teams.
• Lead development of product/campaign value propositions, positioning and messaging.
• Develop customer understanding to optimize product requirements and marketing campaigns; conduct market research and competitive studies.
• Develop online and offline marketing deliverables, sales tools, training materials, and field communications.
• Develop and implement end-of-life strategies cross-functionally.
• Track competitors and support internal communications and sales with competitive analysis.
• Manage product pricing and promotions with regular reviews and communications.
• Collaborate with clinical champions and key opinion leaders to accelerate product adoption.
