HP, Inc. is seeking a Market Analysis and Planning Manager to drive the company’s strategic direction and maintain competitiveness. You will oversee data synthesis, perform in-depth analysis, and test hypotheses to inform decisions across large cross-functional teams.

The role requires collaborating with executives, shaping strategy across regions, and applying BI and analytics to optimize financial performance and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Four-year or graduate degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of work experience in strategic management, planning, consulting, market research, or related area.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify research, tools, and analysis for large, complex strategy projects.
• Structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies and tactics.
• Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communications for timely client delivery.
• Develop project guidelines, contingency plans, objectives, and deliverables.
• Consult with executives on risk management and growth opportunities.
• Provide thought leadership and develop new methods for strategy analysis.
• Collaborate across businesses and regions to align strategy with corporate goals.
• Use strategic frameworks to manage diverse business units and products.
• Facilitate regular follow-ups on strategic planning and accountability.
