HP is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to turn complex marketing performance data into clear, actionable insights. The role partners with marketing leaders across HP Solutions, integrating data from multiple sources to explain what happened, why it happened, and what actions should follow.

The ideal candidate has a strong blend of analytics, business curiosity, and excellent communication, able to work with imperfect data and drive data-driven decisions across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data analytics or marketing analytics.
• Experience translating data into business recommendations.
• Experience with multiple data sources, dashboards, and BI tools.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools like Power BI.
• Ability to validate data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; executive-ready insights.
• Ability to work across functions in global or matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze marketing performance across audiences, campaigns, and channels.
• Translate data into insights, implications, and recommendations.
• Develop executive-ready performance narratives linking activity to outcomes.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer priority business questions.
