HP is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join the Global HP Solutions Marketing team. You will turn complex marketing performance data into actionable insights, partnering with leaders across HP Solutions to drive strategy and execution.

You will develop dashboards, validate data across sources, and translate findings into recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness and business outcomes. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, engineering, finance, or a related field.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in data analytics, marketing analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing marketing or commercial performance data and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Experience working with multiple data sources, dashboards, and reporting environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization or business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to validate data, reconcile discrepancies, and understand the relationships between metrics and systems.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and develop practical analytical approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create concise, executive-ready insights and presentations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across functions and within a complex, global, or matrixed organization.
