Job summary

Alpha Analytics Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Market Insight Analyst to deliver data management, QC, consolidation, and visualization for commercial analytics and forecasting within the North America COE.

The role reports to the Manager of North America Business Insights in Pune. The ideal candidate will work with North America and platform teams to manage market share and forecasting data using Tableau and Excel, requiring strong technical skills, business acumen, and proactive tool

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business, marketing, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in business reporting, forecasting, analytics, or finance.
• 3+ years with large datasets for reporting and forecasting.
• Experience in the medical device/healthcare field is preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership and independent thinking in a matrix environment.
• Willingness to work across IST and EST time zones; US experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage data, QC, consolidation, visualization, and forecasting to support reporting needs.
• Ensure on-time, flawless delivery of key business reports and forecasts.
• Collaborate across North America and platform teams to deliver insights.
• Provide proactive recommendations for tools and techniques to enhance analytics and automation.
