You will define KPIs for customer health, adoption, and retention, combining data from Salesforce, billing, customer login, and product usage to give CX leaders a single view of the customer. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial and fluent in Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, and Excel, with strong problem solving and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field.
• 2+ years of related work experience in analytics.
• Fluent in Tableau, Alteryx, Salesforce, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop standardized reporting for the organization.
• Identify and communicate actionable insights from data.
• Automate and streamline recurring reporting.
• Link reporting to trigger actions across the commercial organization.
• Support consolidation and reporting of operational data and drive measurable results.
• Partner with business teams to ensure clean data.
• Develop documentation of reporting and data structure.
• Lead dashboards and reporting packages to drive improved business results.
