Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the market vertical with demonstrated success.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and sustain a growing portfolio of work within a specified market.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a profitable portfolio and lead large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the market and bid strategy to achieve long-term growth and profitability.
• Develop comprehensive vertical plans aligned with corporate processes.
• Lead, mentor, and manage integrated teams and resources.
• Serve as primary contact for stakeholders including executives, clients, and vendors.
• Provide financial forecasts, actuals, and variances to executive management.
• Identify market risks and develop mitigation plans; escalate major issues.
• Establish KPIs and deliver reports on market performance and project profitability.
• Promote LEAN practices and standardization across projects.
