Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents including plans, specs, and contracts.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time pressure.
• Strong teamwork, self-motivation, and professional interaction across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan from kickoff to completion, understanding all needs and anticipating issues.
• Own the project schedule, cash flow and budget for predictable, successful outcomes.
• Own the client relationship and strive for client satisfaction.
• Lead and coach project team members; manage direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure adherence to Lean construction concepts and project processes.
