Job summary

A-C Electric Company is seeking a Project Manager to lead safety-focused, profitable projects from kickoff to close-out, with a strong focus on electrical systems and field execution.

You will own the project plan, schedule, budget, and client relationships, coach the team, ensure LEAN processes, manage risks, change orders, and subcontractors, and forecast profit and loss under senior supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of field electrical experience with knowledge of electrical codes and installation.
• Experience reading and interpreting construction documents (plans, specs, contracts).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan from kickoff to completion and manage risks.
• Own the project schedule, cash flow and budget.
• Lead the project team and develop staff.
• Ensure lean construction practices and safety standards.
• Manage subcontractors, procurement, and change orders.
• Maintain client relationships and project documentation.
• Forecast project profit and loss under supervision.
