• Leads bid team through complete bid process from start to finish.
• Sets up estimating plan including take-off structure, bid form, labor, and materials.
• Collaborates with CS team to identify prefab opportunities.
• Interacts with chief estimators from GC and vendors.
• Develops junior estimators into future leaders.
• Prepares RFIs and pricing for proposed projects.
• Provides detailed bid package reviews to ensure accuracy.
