Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a Market Development Lead to drive growth by partnering with Independent Distributor Partners and retailers. You will build strong relationships with IDPs and store leadership, and use disciplined planning to adapt to evolving technology, retail conditions, and consumer behavior.

You will deliver sales plans, identify market opportunities, coordinate inventory and promotions, and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related sales or CPG experience, or 2+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight, and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Engage IDPs to support customer service and identify sales growth opportunities.
• Deliver weekly, period, and quarterly sales plans and grow market share.
• Identify market opportunities and share insights with IDPs.
• Coordinate inventory, promotions, and retailer events; respond to concerns within 24 hours.
• Use data to identify retailer needs and communicate findings to internal teams.
