Working with Market Development, Sector Leaders, and Marketing, you will gather market intelligence, advance opportunities, and maintain CRM-driven accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business development or related experience.
• Experience in A/E/C or commercial real estate preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, architects, brokers and other industry partners.
• Identify and advance opportunities; gather market intelligence and assess procurement approaches.
• Maintain CRM records with relationships, activities and next steps.
• Collaborate with Market Development Leader, Sector Leaders and Marketing on strategy and pursuits.
