Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Market Development Manager to identify and execute new DOSS opportunities across the Southeast region, while managing existing dealer relationships for sustainable growth.

You will lead market research, build compelling proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure favorable, long‑term fuel supply agreements. This role emphasizes travel within the Southeast and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven record of sales growth.
• Experience in business development or fuel sales.
• Strong knowledge of fuels value chain and retail/wholesale markets.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and market research to identify DOSS opportunities and develop sales strategies.
• Prospect and sign new DOSS accounts in the Southeast market.
• Collaborate with Finance, Credit, Legal, Supply, Operations, Marketing to evaluate opportunities.
• Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers to customers.
• Maintain CRM records for leads, opportunities, and activities.
• Liaise between dealer customers and the company to ensure alignment with standards.
