The regional manager will oversee teams, align strategies with project needs, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, ensuring DOA compliance and strong supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years purchasing/warehouse management experience in electrical or construction.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and computerized purchasing systems.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, cost analysis, and supply chain principles.
• Ability to assess and implement cost-saving measures effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead Purchasing and Tool teams across regions.
• Oversee daily purchasing activities including orders, buyouts, and vendor coordination.
• Maintain vendor relationships and evaluate performance on a quarterly basis.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve material issues and reduce PO volume inefficiencies.
• Develop cost-saving strategies to improve margins.
