Job summary

American Tire Distributors is seeking a Market Sales Manager to drive revenue through strategic retail and distribution partnerships across our territory. You will identify, onboard, and grow accounts while promoting products and programs via face-to-face engagement and ongoing relationship management.

This role requires independent ownership of a large territory, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to meet partner needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of related sales experience preferred.
• Experience developing territory and account strategies to meet targets.
• Proven ability to onboard and grow retail and distribution partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to meet targets.
• Onboard new retail and distribution partners and expand market reach.
• Manage existing accounts with upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead in-person meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, finance, and support teams.
