Job summary

Sanofi seeks an Associate Director, Market Access Training in Cambridge, MA to lead product and disease-state training, certification programs, and onboarding for US Market Access. The role partners with Access Strategy, GTMC, and Compliance to ensure consistent messaging and effective learning across franchises.

You will build live and digital training, measure outcomes, and continually improve programs for both Specialty Care and Gen Meds. Travel < 10% expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in market access, marketing or operations
• 3+ years of experience in commercial/product training, instructional design, or learning & development
• Understanding of U.S. healthcare system and payer landscape
• Proven success developing and delivering effective training programs

Responsibilities

• Develop product and disease-state training and certification for US Market Access
• Own onboarding for new Market Access hires across franchises and roles
• Lead training sessions, workshops, and e-learning with SMEs
• Track certification completion and ensure compliance
• Align training with Compliance and Access Strategy across teams
• Plan, deliver, and measure onboarding and ongoing training effectiveness
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Training to standardize messaging
