Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive Market Access training curriculum tailored to U.S. needs, leveraging global and local resources.
  • Identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning programs to enhance technical, strategic, and leadership capabilities within the Market Access team.
  • Partner with internal subject‑matter experts and external vendors to deliver high‑impact training sessions, workshops, and e‑learning modules.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between U.S. Market Access and Sanofi’s GTMC and Learning & Development teams, ensuring seamless integration of global frameworks and tools.
  • Select and leverage existing Sanofi programs for talent development, leadership development, and skill building.
  • Connect U.S. Market Access with external industry programming to enhance understanding of changes in the healthcare landscape.
  • Collaborate with Access Strategy, Account Teams, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Sales Training to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Work with compliance to ensure all training materials and programs adhere to industry regulations and company policies.
  • Orchestrate comprehensive training programs including live, virtual, and e‑learning modules, and manage the product training calendar with Access Strategy leads.
  • Develop learning strategies, leveraging latest innovations and standards, and maintain training content up‑to‑date with payer policies and market dynamics.
  • Provide operational, logistical, and event management support for live training sessions and ensure smooth delivery and positive learner experience.
  • Establish KPIs to measure training effectiveness and impact on team performance.
  • Continuously assess and refine programs based on feedback, evolving market dynamics, and business needs.

Job Summary

Education
