Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, Market Access & Strategic Accounts, to lead the development and delivery of training programs across eLearning, live meetings, virtual programs, and on-demand courses. The role partners with commercial leadership, field teams, marketing, and outside vendors to align curriculum with strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of payer and reimbursement landscape.
• Experience leading Market Access or Strategic Accounts training.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and continuous improvement of training programs (instructor-led, virtual, live, blended).
• Manage training curriculum for Market Access and Strategic Accounts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in training content.
• Use learning analytics to identify gaps and inform interventions.
• Travel up to 20% as needed.
