ASML in Wilton, CT seeks a Manufacturing Product Transfer Manager to assess supplier landscape and align with strategic portfolio visions. You will develop sourcing strategies to reduce cost, boost supply chain efficiency, and ensure reliable, high-quality material supply for production.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration to set long-term roadmaps, evaluate make/buy options, and lead supplier development with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Formación

• BS in a technical field; engineering or sciences and 7+ years experience in Project Leadership Role or Masters in related technical field with 3+ years of experience in Project Leadership role
• 5 years minimum experience with internal/external customers at a technical and task management level
• Experience in building and maintaining strategic relations with suppliers
• Experience in managing and coaching of professionals in a production / operations environment

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic long term planning and manufacturing roadmap for ASML
• Identify and establish outsourcing projects with business cases and funding
• Assist cross sectors to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers meeting quality, cost, and delivery requirements
• Review expansion plans with factory facilities planning for space and capacity constraints
• Communicate clear plans to management and manage cross-functional team
