ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Product Transfer Manager in Wilton, CT to assess supplier landscapes and align with the company’s strategic portfolio. You will shape sourcing strategies to optimize cost, improve supply chain efficiency, and ensure reliable, high‑quality production inputs.

Collaboration across sectors will align on long-term roadmaps and supplier capabilities. The role emphasizes leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement in a high-volume manufacturing setting,

Qualifications

• BS in a technical field; engineering or sciences with 7+ years in project leadership or MS with 3+ years in leadership.
• Experience with internal/external customers at a technical and task management level.
• Experience building strategic supplier relations.
• Experience coaching professionals in production/operations.

Responsabilités

• Drive strategic long-term planning and manufacturing roadmap.
• Identify and establish outsourcing projects with business cases and funding.
• Assist cross-sectors to evaluate and select suppliers meeting quality, cost, and delivery needs.
• Review expansion plans with factory facilities planning.
• Communicate plans to management and manage cross-functional team.
• Lead, motivate and develop team; manage performance.
• Escalate issues to senior management with clear reporting.
