Vaco by Highspring is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid schedule in Smyrna, TN, with responsibilities spanning full cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, and collaboration with hiring managers in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of executive-level recruiting experience, is proficient with CRM/ATS tools (ADP preferred), and holds a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Full cycle recruiting experience (4+ years) for Executive level opportunities required.
• Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Global recruiting experience is ideal but not required.
• Experience using CRM and ATS platforms, ADP experience is ideal.
• Must be located in the Nashville or surrounding area.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Manages the full cycle recruiting processes from job intake to offer acceptance
• Sourcing and identifying candidates from job boards, networking events, social media, and industry specific platforms
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand openings and develop recruiting strategies
• Building candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
• Representing the organization at industry events, job fairs, and networking events to build brand recognition
• Utilizing data-driven strategies to analyze recruitment metrics
