Job summary

Ebara Technologies Incorporated seeks a detail-oriented Production Planner to balance supply and demand in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will plan, forecast, and schedule material needs according to production plans, coordinate with SOM/Sales and Purchasing, and ensure on-time delivery while meeting financial targets and capacity requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, AA or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1–4 years of work-related experience, preferably in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and production planning processes.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, forecast, and schedule material needs according to production schedules.
• Analyze customer requirements and set production expectations.
• Adjust and monitor MRP and material movement to meet production needs.
• Assess part availability to ensure sufficient quantities for production.
• Develop and execute production plans and schedule to ensure continuous operations.
• Collaborate with Sales/Operations/ Purchasing to reduce shortages and meet on-time delivery.
• Monitor and communicate ECO/ECR status, review work orders, and adjust as needed.
• Create and manage Work Orders from start to finish and drive to closure.
• Drive continuous improvement across KPIs and maintain a safe work environment.
