Amcor is seeking a Manufacturing Network Strategy Manager for Rigid Extrusion & Thermoforming to shape the future of a key platform in North America. You will drive long‑term strategy, coordinate investments, and align cross‑functional teams to deliver growth and efficiency across the network.

The role requires 5+ years of experience across engineering, operations, or related disciplines, and a strong grasp of manufacturing technologies with strategic and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or related field.
• 5+ years across engineering, operations, manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial technologies.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional initiatives and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the long‑term strategy for Amcor's rigid extrusion and thermoforming platform.
• Identify investments needed for future growth and lead capital prioritization.
• Guide platform roadmaps addressing sustainability, recycled content, and technology.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing.
