Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, R&D, Product Management, Asset Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial technologies.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and senior leaders.
• Strategic thinker capable of balancing long-term vision with practical execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the long-term strategy for Amcor's rigid extrusion and thermoforming platform.
• Identify investments to support future growth across site networks.
• Lead multi-generation roadmaps addressing sustainability, recycled content, material transitions, manufacturing technology, and productivity improvements.
• Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities and investment direction.
