Job summary

SRG is seeking an detail-oriented Manufacturing Inventory & Operations Specialist to ensure inventory accuracy and material availability across locations. You will support manufacturing schedules, replenishment programs, and warehouse operations through ERP/MRP data, cycle counts, and KPI monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inventory or manufacturing roles, strong Excel skills, and hands-on ERP experience.

Qualifications

2+ years of inventory management, warehouse operations, materials management, or manufacturing experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing environments.
Hands-on ERP/MRP system experience.
Experience with min/max planning, cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory control processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory accuracy, cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory reconciliations.
Maintain ERP/MRP inventory data, transactions, BOMs, and reporting.
Establish and manage min/max inventory levels to support production and customer demand.
Coordinate material availability with Purchasing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, shipping, FIFO, lot control, and inventory traceability.
Support multi-site inventory management, transfers, and inventory visibility.
Manage customer inventory replenishment programs and monitor consumption trends.
Track KPIs including inventory accuracy, stockouts, inventory turns, and order fulfillment performance.
