Qualifications

• 2–4 years of purchasing, inventory, or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management or Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational and deadline-driven abilities.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory system for raw materials and finished goods.
• Monitor and update the master schedule and reports.
• Review daily inventory adjustments and changes.
• Audit operational processes and compliance procedures.
• Recommend process changes or system enhancements.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and inter-company transfer issues.
• Transact inventory including BOM maintenance and production orders.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual summaries related to inventory accuracy.
• Support lean activities and GEMBA walks.
