Job summary

Protec Arisawa, a global FRP pressure vessel leader, seeks a Financial Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting, close processes, budgeting, and financial analysis. This on-site role requires coordinating with cross-functional teams and external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will develop financial models, manage treasury, and provide strategic insights to support growth, while mentoring accounting staff in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CMA, CPA a plus).
• 5–7 years in financial control or senior accounting in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage deadlines, and maintain internal controls.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, on-site work and cross-department partnership.
• Proficiency with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting functions, including GL, A/R, A/P, payroll, and journal entries.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making.
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and working capital optimization.
• Prepare financials and present to board and executives; support audits.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to optimize tax strategies and compliance.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff; strengthen internal controls and processes.
• Coordinate month-end and year-end close and ensure regulatory compliance.
