Job summary

Pharmaworks, a division of ProMach, seeks an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations, internal controls, and tax compliance in a manufacturing environment. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, revenue recognition under ASC 606, and the month-end close process.

Responsibilities include policy direction, cost analysis, cash flow oversight, and ownership of the ERP system. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive profitability and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 8–10 years’ experience in finance and accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to implement and monitor internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition under ASC 606.
• Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and fixed asset records.
• Lead compliance with tax laws and ERP system maintenance.
