Job summary

Protec Arisawa America, Inc. is seeking a Financial Controller for our Vista, CA site. This full-time, on-site role oversees day-to-day accounting, budgeting, and controls to support growth and regulatory compliance.

The position requires 5–7 years in a manufacturing finance leadership role, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will coordinate month-end closes and collaborate with auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CMA/CPA certification a plus.
• 5–7 years as Financial Controller or senior accounting role in manufacturing/industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and journal entries.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for planning, scenario analysis, and decision support.
• Lead month-end and year-end closes, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors, implement internal controls, and mentor accounting staff.
