Texwrap, a division of ProMach, seeks a hands-on Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for a manufacturing environment. You will direct policies, budgeting, job costing, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and month-end close while ensuring internal controls and ERP stability.

You will partner with manufacturing, sales, engineering, and procurement to drive profitability, oversee tax compliance, and develop staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance and 8-10 years’ experience in finance/accounting.
• Strong financial analysis skills and manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Direct accounting policies, budgeting, and job costing processes with strong internal controls.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to assess profitability and budget performance.
• Coordinate budget preparation and financial forecasts; oversee month-end close.
• Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance and revenues reporting.
• Manage fixed assets, capital expenditure requests, and depreciation analyses.
• Lead ERP/system maintenance and cross‑functional collaboration across departments.
• Develop and coach accounting staff; support tax compliance and audits.
