Find Great People | FGP is representing a growing manufacturing client in Columbia, TN, seeking a hands-on Business Controller to lead the finance function and serve as a key partner to executive leadership.

The role covers finance, accounting, purchasing, and IT, with responsibility for standard costing, ERP (NetSuite) optimization, and scalable processes to support rapid growth and improved margin performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing operations expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Prepare and deliver accurate, GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to drive financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee NetSuite ERP environment and related financial systems.
