Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong cost accounting foundation with plant environment experience.
• SAP proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Own the plant's financial performance and act as the financial business partner to operations.
• Provide insight into costs, inventory, manufacturing efficiencies, and capital investments.
• Partner with operations and senior finance leadership to drive profitability and decision-making.
