Job summary

MCA Connect seeks a Dynamics 365 F&O/AX Solution Architect to lead ERP engagements for manufacturing clients, including implementations, upgrades, and extensions.

You will oversee solution scope, translate business requirements into technical designs, manage client relationships, and drive successful Go Live with travel up to 50%.

This senior role requires strong business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and a track record of delivering practical, standards-driven ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Dynamics 365 F&O/AX as a implementation functional lead.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&O/AX implementations (Analysis – Deployment).
• Minimum 5 years of industry and/or consulting experience.
• Fluent English and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery quality results.
• Lead cross-functional configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP.
• Define functional requirements and document solution designs; conduct gap analysis.
• Specify and convey requirements for custom code, integrations, and reports; oversee testing.
• Mentor project team; manage stakeholder communications and executive updates.
