Job summary

MCA Connect is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O/AX implementation lead to guide manufacturing clients through end-to-end ERP projects. You will collaborate with production, finance, and supply chain consultants to capture requirements, design solutions, and drive successful Go-Live.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional teams across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Dynamics 365 F&O/AX implementation lead.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O/ERP projects for manufacturing clients.
• Define functional requirements and document solution designs; conduct gap analysis.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project milestones and risk.
• Ensure design, configuration, testing, and cutover plans meet customer expectations.
• Deliver training and develop user documentation for go-live and post-go-live support.
