Job summary

Versatile Mold and Design, Inc. (Versatile) is expanding operations to Puerto Rico as a separate legal entity.

The senior finance leader will partner with the President and Executive Team to steer strategy, oversee the finance function, and ensure compliance as the Puerto Rico startup scales. The role requires 5–10 years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience with D365 ERP and cost accounting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting is required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5-10 years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills; cost accounting foundation.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and ERP software; D365 experience a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner to the President and Executive Team in developing and executing business strategy.
• Liaise with ITG Finance Team and oversee platform initiatives.
• Oversee and direct the Versatile finance team.
• Lead month-end and year-end close; ensure policy compliance.
• Lead the D365/ERP migration initiatives and integrate acquisitions.
• Manage Credit, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable functions.
