Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a senior finance leader to partner with the President and executive team on strategy and execution. You will oversee the finance function, guide the Versatile finance team, and ensure timely closes and MEA reviews while driving process improvements.

Experience leading ERP migrations (D365) and cross-functional collaboration is required. Travel includes Puerto Rico startup activities and U.S. travel as needed; bilingual ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting is required; MBA/CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing or operating units.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills with cost accounting background.

Responsibilities

• Partner to the President and Executive Team in strategy development and execution.
• Oversee the finance team and lead month-end and year-end closes and MEA processes.
• Lead ERP migration projects (D365) and ensure compliant financial controls.
• Coordinate audits and ensure adherence to corporate policies.
• Support Puerto Rico startup operations and manage incentives/tax compliance.
• Develop key performance metrics and drive cost savings through automation.
