Job summary

Versatile Mold and Design, Inc. (Versatile) is expanding operations in Puerto Rico and seeks a senior finance leader to partner with the President and ITG, oversee the finance team, and ensure adherence to Heico accounting policies.

You will lead monthly close, budgeting and forecasts, manage A/R/AP, integrate ERP initiatives (D365), drive process improvements, and travel 50% to Puerto Rico at startup or 25% after stabilization.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance/accounting or relevant field required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5–10 years of progressive financial management experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and reasoning skills; cost accounting foundation.
• Proficient use of MS Office and ERP software; D365 experience a plus.
• Spanish language fluency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner to the President and ITG in strategy development.
• Oversee, direct, and organize the finance team.
• Lead monthly and year-end closes to meet policies and deadlines.
• Coordinate annual/long-range planning and forecasts with cross-functional teams.
• Manage credit, AR, and AP functions and inventories.
• Lead ERP migration initiatives and segment acquisitions integration.
• Drive process improvements, data analysis, and KPI development.
• Travel up to 50% to Puerto Rico at startup, or 25% later.
