Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day supplier relationships including ordering and communication of demand, volume, and delivery requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders.
• Research items for price and specifications verification and supplier sourcing as needed.
• Negotiate contracts to obtain materials at lowest cost considering lead time and quality.
• Manage supplier relationships to maintain inventory receipts and service levels.
• Assist in supplier base changes and vendor consolidation.
