Kingman Regional Medical Center in Kingman, AZ seeks a Manager of Scheduling and Financial Clearance to oversee pre-registration, insurance verification, referrals, and denials management, ensuring timely financial clearance and a smooth patient experience.

You will lead and develop Supervisors and staff, drive process improvements with revenue cycle, and coordinate with joint ventures to align data capture and scheduling with patient care.

Formación

• Associates degree in Business and/or Healthcare or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Five years of healthcare experience and leadership/management exposure.
• Ability to manage staff, cross-functional collaboration, and drive process improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Financial Clearance Supervisors, Central Scheduling Supervisors, and staff.
• Monitor staff engagement and implement improvements.
• Assist with interviews and staffing decisions to maintain adequate department staffing.
• Provide timely performance feedback and coaching.
• Respond to escalated staff questions and concerns.
• Develop training materials and regular assessments; update as needed.
• Identify competency gaps and schedule targeted training.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the department.
