Job summary

NOVACES is seeking a Senior Management Analyst / CG Yard Business Analyst for a U.S. Coast Guard Yard program in Baltimore, MD. This is a proposal-contingent, on-site opportunity with potential for hybrid support depending on government direction.

The analyst will focus on workforce planning, training, quality management, process and financial operations documentation, and cross-functional business analysis to drive improvements for Coast Guard Yard and SFLC operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in management analysis or related roles.
• Experience with workforce planning, quality management systems, and process improvement.
• Experience with ISO 9001/QMS documentation and financial operations support.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning efforts and develop training plans.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 re-certification and related documentation.
• Compose Desk Guides and Process Guides; maintain process documentation quality.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and translate analyses into recommendations.
• Support business case analyses and cross-functional initiatives.
