NOVACES seeks a SME Management Analyst / Supply Systems Specialist for a U.S. Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center opportunity in Baltimore, MD.

The role focuses on logistics data, supply systems, and Sector Allowancing, requiring NESSS proficiency and data-driven decision making. You will review and interpret item management data, support allowance level updates, and collaborate with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with Coast Guard policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in logistics management and supply systems with data-analysis experience.
• Tier 1 security clearance eligibility; relevant certifications (DAWIA/DoD, Lean Six Sigma, Agile) are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on Coast Guard logistics data, supply systems, and Sector Allowancing.
• Review NESSS data, analyze configuration and usage, update sector allowance levels.
• Support process improvements and modernization across supply and finance systems.
• On-site in Baltimore, MD with potential mix of on-site/remote CONUS work as directed.
