US Farathane is seeking a Maintenance Planner with 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience to develop short- and long-term maintenance schedules. The role involves reviewing maintenance work orders, determining field checks, and assembling comprehensive job plans with materials, permits, and safety considerations.

You will lead safety and environmental compliance for hourly staff while aligning with operations and purchasing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as Parts+, SAP, Maximo, Fiix, MP2, or similar maintenance software.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, including PM optimization, job planning, and work order management.
• Ability to read technical docs including equipment manuals, drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and OEM specs.
• Experience planning maintenance work including labor, materials, tools, permits, contractors, and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of maintenance storeroom and spare parts management, including requisitioning and purchasing coordination.
• Excellent organization and time management with multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and collaboration across maintenance, operations, engineering, purchasing, and safety teams.

Responsabilités

• Update PMs with Maintenance Technicians to improve issue identification and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Identify work orders requiring formal planning and determine field checks as needed.
• Review work orders for special service and material needs; coordinate with purchasing for material requests.
• Identify permits for work orders and consolidate repeating tasks into Parts+.
• Ensure job plans are accurate and reflected in schedules or backlog.
• Assist Maintenance leadership in prioritizing work and creating weekly maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate with operations, facilities, and maintenance supervisors on weekly priorities.
• Track PM compliance and weekly schedule adherence; share findings for safety improvements.
