Qualificações

• Minimum 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as Parts+, SAP, Maximo, Fiix, MP2, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices, including PM optimization, job planning, and work order management.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, P&IDs, and OEM specifications.
• Experience planning maintenance work for industrial equipment, including identifying labor, materials, tools, permits, contractors, and safety requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Update PMs in coordination with Maintenance Technicians to ensure accuracy and prevent downtime.
• Identify work orders requiring formal planning and determine if field checks are needed.
• Review work orders for special service requirements and material needs, coordinating with purchasing.
• Identify permits and recurring tasks, and enter them into Parts+ as a task.
• Create and maintain weekly maintenance schedules and align with operations on top priorities.
