Job summary

MCC Group is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support and improve MMA maintenance work management. You will prioritize work, plan materials, and input job plans in CMMS to align with EHS, production, and financial goals, while maintaining a safe plant environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in maintenance planning, strong reading of schematics, and excellent organizational and cross-functional communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3–5 years in maintenance planning, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical planning, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Production Lead and supervisors.
• Write job plans with steps, labor estimates, and material needs in CMMS.
• Attend backlog meetings and coordinate weekly reviews with production.
• Support RCA participation and drive safety improvements.
• Maintain preventive maintenance procedures and cost effectiveness.
