Job summary

US Farathane is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all facility operations within an automotive plastics manufacturing environment. You will manage maintenance, capital projects, and regulatory compliance to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-efficient plant operations that support uninterrupted production.

You will lead a maintenance team, coordinate with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to IATF 16949, OSHA, EPA, and local codes.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or technical degree with at least five years' related experience.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff or teams.
• Experience with IATF 16949 and ISO14001 quality systems.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local building codes.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage the Maintenance Department and supervisors.
• Set goals, track performance, and report outcomes.
• Ensure machinery and facilities are in top operating order.
• Administer preventive maintenance programs and budgets.
• Oversee vendor procurement of cost-effective components.
• Maintain inventory levels for critical parts.
• Lead safety initiatives as part of the plant team.
• Support process improvements and equipment layouts.
